Refund policy

We apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. 

We offer unisex sizes only.  If you have any questions about sizing please reach out before placing your order.

Once an item has been shipped there will be no refunds issued unless a shipping mistake was made on our part.  If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping, or due to a non-deliverable address we will contact you.  We will require you pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly.

If you are having issues with your order, please EMAIL with your ORDER NUMBER and NAME and the issue that you are having.  You can contact us at ampdupdesigns@yahoo.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If a mistake is made on your part for a custom order (spelling, color, font, ect.) there is no discount, refund, or exchange.  If we make a mistake on your item, we will exchange it with the same item that was ordered, or issue a refund.  Please note that picture evidence and/or return shipping will be required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
